Ultrasonic Dissolution & Mixing
Homogenizing Module
The Homogenizing Module is a device used for dissolving solids, homogenization of solutions, and acceleration of solid-liquid and liquid-liquid extractions. The whole process is fully automated and can be used as a standalone product or integrated with other modules orchestrated by FMAP platform.

Key Features
Temperature Regulated Ultrasonic Bath
Precise temperature control (10-60°C) with 40 kHz ultrasonic frequency for optimal dissolution.
High-Speed Vortex Generator
Powerful 5000 RPM vortex generator for thorough mixing and homogenization.
Peltier Cooling System
Integrated Peltier chiller enables temperature-controlled processing for sensitive samples.
Integrated Air-Knife Drying
Built-in air-knife system for tube drying after processing, with tube rotation capability.
